I got such an overwhelmingly positive response to my 7 Days of Lunches post that I thought I would show you what Little Lady has for breakfast over a week too. It’s not as varied as her lunches admittedly but I do try to give her different things as much as I can. I always try to give her a carb and some fruit and if I can get some dairy into her breakfast then that’s a bonus too. I hope these 7 Days of Breakfasts inspire you!

Weetabix and Oats Fruity Pancake Muffins Recipe:
1 weetabix
1 pot of fruit puree or 100g homemade fruit puree
50g / 1/2 cup pf uncooked porridge oats
1 egg
Beat the egg then add all the other ingredients and mix well. For pancakes spoon onto a hot frying pan with some oil and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes each. For muffins spoon mixture into silicone or well greased muffin tins and bake on 190c for 25 minutes.
Thank you so much. I have 11 month old twins who seem to like different foods which can be frustrating. One of whom will only feed himself and refuses to be spoon fed. We just had a lovely relaxing breakfast with your weetabix pancakes and enjoyed the salmon and broccoli fishcakes for dinner last night. The first time in a long time that mealtimes don’t feel like a battle of wills!
