Our aim:
Our aim is to help parents use their time more efficiently in the kitchen by providing a personalised meal planner for a 2 week period.
Why do I need a meal planner?
Meal planners are a great way to keep organised and they save parents / carers having to think, close to meal times, what on earth they are going to make for the kids or for themselves. By having a meal planner you can save money, time and effort which is a win win for you. Having a meal planner identifies exactly what food you need to buy and can save on wasted food too.
So how does it work?
Initially we will have a 30 minute consultation (either via the phone or over Skype / Facetime) where we can assess your family’s individual needs and the reasons for the meal planner service. This will enable us to get to know you and your children and any dietary requirements, allergies, food preferences etc.
We will then provide a personalised 2 week meal planner which will also include all recipes and a shopping list for all the ingredients needed.
Additionally you will also receive 4 weeks of email support to answer any questions you may have with regard to the recipes or any other help you may need.
