One of my main aims for MyMiniMeals is to use as minimal set of ingredients as possible. Here are 10 of my favourite recipes starting with one with 1 ingredient then one with 2 ingredients and so on…….culminating in one with 10 ingredients. I hope you enjoy them and it goes to show that you really don’t need a long list of ingredients to make really delicious and nutritious meals.

Sugar Free Biscuits – Part 1
I buy a lot of biscuits from the baby food aisle and both my kids love them but it’s always nicer (and cheaper!!) to make your own. The Boy loves helping me in the kitchen so I try where I can to involve him when I bake. As you have guessed by now I try to avoid giving the kids sugar wherever possible so here are 3 biscuit recipes that are baby, toddler, child and adult friendly and none of them have any refined sugar in them. The first one does have honey but it’s a small amount so it’s good for children over 1 but remember that under 1’s should not have honey.
