I just stumbled upon this fabulous quote from the equally fabulous Julia Child. This sums up my cooking philosophy perfectly. Nothing I cook is fancy, nothing I cook is pretty (in fact most of it is terribly unattractive) and nothing I cook is complicated but it tastes yummy and is made with love and thats all that matters in my eyes!
